Bring a medium pot of water to boil, add in the Sago to boiling water. Cook for 10~15 minutes until the Sago turns just clear. Ideal cooking time of Sago will depend on manufacturer. Sago can become soft and soggy very quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Rinse Sago under cold water and set aside.
Bring to a boil 3 Cups HandS Coconut Cream, Water and Sugar to make a sweet syrup – set aside to cool. Combine cooled Sago with remaining 3 Cups HandS Coconut Cream and the Sugar Syrup and stir well.
Cover with shrink wrap and refrigerate to serve chilled. Top off with Pureed Mango or Honeydew Melon, optional topping suggested is scooped out Mango & Melon balls.
