Coconut Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 Medium Sized Mango (200 gms) *
  • 2 Large Medjool Dates or 4 Kimia Dates
  • 1 Cup Ice (4 big Ice Cubes)
  • 1/4 Cup Cashew / Almond (Unsalted – Finely Chopped)
  • 1/8 Cup Sun dried Raisin (small golden – 20 gms)
  • 2 ¾ Cup HandS Cream of Coconut Milk **
  • * Substitute with equal weight proportion of any Seasonal Fruit such as Apple, Berries, Peach, Pear, Pomegranate, Avocado or Banana.
  • ** Use HandS Lite Coconut Milk for a richer taste.

STEPS

Remove Pit / Skin of Fruit (Mango) & Pit of Dates, cut in half.

Add HandS cream of coconut milk, fruit, dates and Ice cubes to blender & blend till smooth.

For those who prefer their drinks more sweet, can add 1 Tbs of Honey – We do not recommend Sugar.

Serve with a topping of chopped Nuts & Rasin.
